José Andrés Murillo holds a doctorate in political philosophy and a master's in the sociology of power from the University of Paris VII, and an MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. He has worked for more than twenty years in social organizations, governance, impact evaluation and strategic philanthropy, in Latin America and Europe. He was a member of the Engel Commission, the presidential advisory council against corruption in Chile.
He founded Fundación para la Confianza, a children's rights organization where he is now social and academic director.
Confianza e Impacto works with associated professionals convened per project, according to topic and context. Murillo directs the method and coordinates each team.
Francia Mazzo Iturriaga is an architect and Global MBA candidate at the University of Chile, and holds a Master of Business from the University of Queensland, Australia. She teaches in undergraduate and graduate programs at the University of Chile, the Pontificia Universidad Católica, Universidad Andrés Bello, Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and Universidad del Desarrollo.
She has thirteen years of experience as a senior consultant. She designs learning experiences for adults, leads participatory processes in territorial and government settings, and plans personal and organizational change projects. Her work strengthens leadership, negotiation and facilitation capacities in the teams she works with.
She works from an interdisciplinary and multicultural perspective, with experiential methodologies and a systemic outlook. She has accompanied processes of sustainability, ecological regeneration and eco-social innovation across the public and private sectors and civil society organizations in Chile and Latin America. The institutions she has worked with include the IDB, UNDP, FAO, The Nature Conservancy, Fundación Minera Escondida, CONAF, the Government Lab and the Chilean ministries of Economy, Finance, Social Development, Energy and Environment.
