José Andrés Murillo.
Doctor of political philosophy and master's in the sociology of power from the University of Paris VII, and MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. More than twenty years of work in social organizations, governance, impact evaluation and strategic philanthropy in Latin America and Europe. He was a member of the Comisión Engel, the presidential advisory council against corruption in Chile.
He founded Fundación para la Confianza, a children's rights organization where he is currently social and academic director.
At Confianza e Impacto he directs the method and coordinates the teams of associated professionals convened according to the topic and the context of each project.
Francia Mazzo Iturriaga.
Architect from Universidad de Chile and Master of Business from the University of Queensland, Australia. She teaches at undergraduate and graduate level at Universidad de Chile, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Universidad Andrés Bello, Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and Universidad del Desarrollo.
Thirteen years of experience as a senior consultant. She designs learning experiences for adults, leads participatory processes in territorial and government contexts, and plans projects of personal and organizational change. Her work strengthens leadership, negotiation and facilitation capacities in the teams she works with.
She works from an interdisciplinary and multicultural perspective, with experiential methods and a systemic view. She has supported processes of sustainability, ecological regeneration and ecosocial innovation in the public, private and civil society sectors of Chile and Latin America. She has worked with the IDB, UNDP, FAO, The Nature Conservancy, Fundación Minera Escondida, CONAF, Laboratorio de Gobierno and the ministries of Economy, Finance, Social Development, Energy and Environment.
