Confianza e Impacto grows out of more than two decades of work in social organizations, governance, impact evaluation and highly complex institutional settings.
José Andrés Murillo
He holds a PhD in political philosophy and a master's in the sociology of power from the University of Paris VII, and an MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. He has more than twenty years of experience in social organizations, governance, impact evaluation and strategic philanthropy in Latin America and Europe. He served on the Comisión Engel, Chile's presidential advisory council against corruption.
He founded Fundación para la Confianza, a children's rights organization where he is executive president.
At Confianza e Impacto he leads the method and coordinates the teams of associate professionals brought together for the subject and context of each project.
Francia Mazzo Iturriaga
She trained as an architect at Universidad de Chile and holds a Master of Business from the University of Queensland, Australia. She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses at Universidad de Chile, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Universidad Andrés Bello, Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and Universidad del Desarrollo.
She has thirteen years of experience as a senior consultant. She designs learning experiences for adults, leads participatory processes in local communities and in government, and plans personal and organizational change projects. Her work strengthens leadership, negotiation and facilitation skills in the teams she supports.
She works from an interdisciplinary, multicultural perspective, using experiential methods and a systems view. She has supported sustainability, ecological regeneration and eco-social innovation work in the public and private sectors and in civil society in Chile and Latin America. She has worked with the IDB, UNDP, FAO, The Nature Conservancy, Fundación Minera Escondida, CONAF, Laboratorio de Gobierno and the ministries of Economy, Finance, Social Development, Energy and Environment.
