Lucid trust.

Trust is the invisible energy that sustains any organization, system, group, relationship, family, or society. When it is alive, it is hardly named. When it is missing, everything becomes difficult, costly, dark.

But there is usually a misunderstanding: what is commonly called «trust» tends to be blind trust, and blind trust, like total distrust, are forms of not seeing.

This training is built on the concept of Lucid Trust. It translates the philosophical matrix into concrete practices for organizations.

Lucid trust is worked on through concrete conditions that distinguish it from blind trust and from total distrust. This training reflects on those conditions, recognizes their presence, absence, strengths, or risks within one's own organization, and prepares the team for a later diagnosis and action plan.
