001 — Our work
The challenge.

Every organization steers by a map of its reality. That map is its purpose, its strategy, its indicators, its reports. It never coincides entirely with the territory. The difficulty appears when the distance between what the organization believes about itself and what is happening grows without anyone noticing. The problem incubates in silence and surfaces as a crisis, when correcting it is already late or costly.

Working on impact, trust, coherence and purpose means working on that distance, to see it in time, understand it and correct course.

  • Organizations in blind trust that incubate their own crisis without noticing it, until it erupts and it is already too late to contain.
  • Organizations in total distrust that smother their work in controls and suspicion, until they fragment.
  • Organizations that carry a diffuse purpose and operate on inertia, until a crisis forces them to decide a direction no one knows how to name.
  • Organizations that do not measure their impact, through neglect or lack of resources, until someone holds them accountable for the change they claim to produce, they have nothing to answer with, and the crisis of direction becomes financial as well.
  • Organizations with nonexistent reports, or reports that comply on paper without capturing reality, that fall silent when they must account for themselves.
  • Organizations that do a great deal and do not understand how their purpose translates into change, and that when seeking resources can only offer a moral discourse.

Measuring impact makes it possible to communicate it and raise resources.

Measuring impact requires method, time and discipline. It means building the right indicators and translating what they reveal into terms each interlocutor can understand. We work with SROI, cost-benefit ratio, IRIS+ indicators and evidence verified with beneficiaries, according to what each case needs to show the change the organization achieves.
002 — Challenge
Reading keys.

We contrast the organizational diagnosis —purpose, mission, vision— with actual activity to see where the gaps are. That reading also indicates which methodology is required to measure the organization's impact.

Focus 01

Clarified purpose

Before measuring, one must know what is being measured and what for. We bring together purpose, mission, vision, strategic plan, governance and indicators along a single legible axis.

Focus 02

Demonstrable impact

Recognized indicators can be added to the institutional diagnosis for presentation to authorities, boards, donors and community. The method combines organizational reading, impact measurement and improvement criteria.

Focus 03

Strengthened coherence

We work on the coherence between discourse, purpose and action, so that the organization decides and acts from its real purpose, strengthened in its internal trust.
