Lucid trust

This work observes how the organization faces the uncertainty of its context. From that reading, it helps identify which relationships, practices and decisions need attention in order to care for the organizational promise without denying disagreement or conflict.

Through an analysis of the conditions of lucid trust, the method identifies what allows or prevents impact from being sustainable over time, and indicates which changes are necessary and how urgent they are.

Trust is built from the conditions that make it possible. The presence of those conditions is what allows us to call it lucid trust. The conditions, in turn, are sought, strengthened and rebuilt once they have been identified.

An organization of any kind exists sustained by the trust among those who constitute it, and between them and their environment. This includes users, authorities, donors, boards and public opinion.

Confianza e Impacto, through a validated internal method, diagnoses not only the level of trust, but the type of trust on which the organization rests. Blind trust avoids conflict, naively accepts the conditions in which the organization operates, without questioning, without critical thinking or collective intelligence. The organization grows fragile in silence until the crisis erupts, often too late to intervene.

This methodology allows diagnosing the level and the logic of organizational trust early, and thus intervening in time.
