This work measures and understands how the organization faces the uncertainty of its context. From that reading, it helps identify which bonds, practices and decisions need attention in order to care for the organizational promise without denying disagreements or conflicts.
The method identifies the quality of the interactions in the organization, internal and external, that make the organization's work possible. It also identifies the changes that are needed and how to carry them out in an intervention plan.
Trust is built from the conditions that make it possible. Lucid trust makes it possible to distinguish those conditions, observe their limits and identify the areas where to intervene in order to strengthen trust and, with it, the organization.
An organization of any kind exists sustained by the trust among those who constitute it, and between them and their environment. This includes collaborators, teams, clients, users, authorities, boards and public opinion.
Through an internal method, Confianza e Impacto diagnoses not only the level of trust, but the type of trust on which the organization is sustained. Blind trust avoids conflict and naively assumes the conditions in which it finds itself, without questioning, without critical thinking or collective intelligence. The organization grows fragile silently until the crisis erupts, often too late to intervene. Total distrust makes the organization's work impossible, whereas lucid trust makes it possible to identify, build, rebuild and strengthen the healthy relationships that sustain an organization.
This methodology also makes it possible to diagnose the level and the logic of organizational trust at an early stage, and thus to intervene in time.
