Five steps to see,
measure and strengthen.

Each step delivers a concrete result that can be used as feedback. The practice is designed so that learning is not deferred to the end — it happens throughout the journey.

001 — Opening
Lucid-trust diagnosis.

Clarification of purpose, coherence, governance (relations and the handling of power), information and the organization's critical capacity. Quality of internal bonds, relationship with the environment, external voices.

Deliverable: Lucid-trust index + initial institutional map. Debrief with leadership and board.
002 — Step 01
Impact evaluation.

Building impact through our own methodology. The method speaks with recognized frameworks — SROI, IRIS+, OECD-DAC, Lean Data — to address donors, boards and authorities, and for comparability when required.

Deliverable: baseline, prioritized indicators, collection instruments, narrative for external and internal reports.
003 — Step 02
Reports for decisions.

Findings turned into clear narratives — internal and contextual maps — useful and actionable. Not reports to impress, but reports to decide.

Deliverable: executive report · board report · public narrative · donor summary. Each format speaks to its reader.
004 — Step 03
Strategic support.

We strengthen capacities to understand, manage and measure — and so to decide better and account with integrity. The organization's team learns to use the instruments on its own.

Deliverable: trained internal team · adjusted governance · review routines installed · improvement plans tied to impact.
005 — Step 04
Institutional learning.

Routines of reflection, critical work and continuous improvement to sustain impact over time. The organization stops needing us to keep its lucid gaze.

Deliverable: annual review cycle · spaces for cross-learning · updated indicators · evolution of the Lucid-trust Index.

Each step delivers something. Learning does not wait until the end.

The first meeting is to understand the institutional moment, with no commitment.
